Cancellation Policy - Alligators Fashion

At Alligators Fashion, we understand that you might change your mind. This policy outlines when and how you can cancel your order.

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

• Before Shipping: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before the vendor changes the order status to "Shipped" or "Out for Delivery."

• After Shipping: Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you must receive the item and then initiate a "Return" request according to our Return Policy (shipping fees may apply).

2. Cancellation by the Platform or Vendor: Alligators Fashion reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

• The product is out of stock.

• There is an error in the product's pricing on the website.

• Failure to reach the customer to confirm the order (for Cash on Delivery orders).

• Suspicion of a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders:

• If the order is canceled before shipping and was prepaid (Credit Card), a full refund will be processed to your card within 14 business days.

• If the cancellation is initiated by us, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued without any deductions.
