Refund & Return Policy - Alligators Fashion

At Alligators Fashion, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience. All returns and exchanges are governed by the following policy:

1. Statutory Return Periods:

• Within 14 Days: Customers have the right to return or exchange products without providing a reason, provided the item is in its original condition (unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached).

• Within 30 Days: Customers are entitled to a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the specifications mentioned at the time of purchase.

2. Refund Methods & Timelines: Refunds are processed using the same original payment method as follows:

• Credit/Debit Cards & Online Payment: The amount will be refunded to the same card used within 14 business days (actual reflection in your statement depends on your bank's policy).

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is inspected. The amount will be credited to the "Customer Wallet" on our platform for future purchases.

3. Return Conditions:

• A valid proof of purchase (Invoice) must be provided.

• For hygiene reasons, underwear or products that come into direct contact with the skin cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

• The Vendor is responsible for collecting defective items. However, the customer may bear shipping fees if the return is due to a "change of mind."
