Return & Exchange Policy - Alligators Fashion

At Alligators Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the following terms:

1. Return Conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt (for non-defective items) or 30 days (for items with manufacturing defects).

• Items must be in their original purchase condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

• A proof of purchase (Invoice or Order Number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy): Due to the nature of men’s fashion, the following items cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present:

• Underwear and items in direct contact with the skin.

• Socks and opened accessories.

3. The Return Process:

1. Submit a return request via your account on the platform or contact our support team.

2. Alligators Fashion will review and approve the request within 48 hours.

3. We will coordinate with the courier to pick up the item from your location.

4. Once the item is received and inspected by the Vendor/Platform, the refund process will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.

4. Shipping Fees:

• If the return is due to a Vendor error or a defective product, the Platform/Vendor will cover all shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a change of mind (no defect), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
